OK, how come when I publish a file in html (File > Publish Settings > HTML) it doesn’t work when I sent it to someone else? I sent the actual html file, the one with the little Internet Explorer icon next to it. I sent that file, and that file only to someone and they said nothing pops up. Why?
You should also send the .swf file with the html file in order to work.
Yeah, the .html file can’t read the .swf file if the .swf file doesn’t exist on the viewers computer. And considering you can’t link the file to your hard drive so they can view it you will either have to send it to them with the .html or upload it to a server and type in the URL to the .swf on your server.
