does anyone know how the scrolling menu background was achieved on the http://www.bluejaylounge.co.uk/bluejay.html site. I have seen the effect acouple of times on a few website but no idea how to scroll the background and lace the content over the top…is it a layers trick or otherwise…any info on suitable tutorials or a guide on how this could be done ?
