Well heres the deal, my brother recently bought a windows xp computer and, by default, all the shortcut out like hyperlinks (underlined and only need one click). I remember WAY back I used to know how to turn this off, i think it was called like “active desktop” or something. I have looked around everywhere and cannot figuire out how to turn this off in windows xp.
ANy Suggestions?>
