Hyperlink to a HTML file in the hard drive

hi, i want to know if a flash botton with an hyperlink to a HTML file on my hard drive will keep working if i move the html file, and if it does how can i fix that problem? i mean is there any way like in dreamweaver to define the site’s file or something so hyperlinks keep working. thanx
