I am literally about to throw my computer out the window

I’m getting the 1009 error with this actionscript 3.0 code:

import fl.transitions.Tween;
import fl.transitions.easing.*;

mc_NavBarAbout.visible = false;

var beginningDelayText:Timer = new Timer(5000,1);
beginningDelayText.addEventListener(TimerEvent.TIMER, timerDoneTextDelay);
var textIn:Tween = new Tween(mc_textMain, “alpha”, Strong.easeOut, 0,1,4, true);
var parenthesisIn:Tween = new Tween(mc_par, “alpha”, Strong.easeOut, 0, 1, 4, true);

function timerDoneTextDelay(e:TimerEvent):void{
mc_NavBar.visible = true;
var fadeInNav:Tween = new Tween(mc_NavBar, “alpha”, Strong.easeOut, 0,1,2,true);

beginningDelayText.removeEventListener(TimerEvent.TIMER, timerDoneTextDelay);

any idea of how to fix it? I know its something to do with mc_NavBarAbout, I isolated it to that, but I just don’t know what is wrong.

Thanks for the help.
