I am one confused mofo

I have been able to load external swf files into my main movie fine… however when they load all the prototypes or scripting commands go to… well I don’t know where the go, everything is wrong. I.e. when I load a swf containing the random movement prototype the movieClips jump to new points instead of actually moving to them. WHAT IS HAPPENING… your help would be much appreciated… thanks.
