I have created the files as indicated and uploaded them but the messages I send to my other email address don’t arrive and the confirmation.htm doesn’t show up.
Very frustrating as I have been searching for a contact form that works for some time and I would also add more recipient email addresses.
Do you know if your server supports sending e-mails? For example, do you have PHP and the mail information configured? (This is often automatically done for you by your web host, so don’t worry if you don’t remember explicitly setting any of that up 
)
