I was just wondering if someone could help me with something.
Is it possible to animate gifs in photoshop?
If so, is there a tutorial on it?
AND
I was playing with photoshop the other day and i got into this area where… i would have an image and i had all these tools (not the default tools) but if i were to click on the image, it was distort it some how by twisting it, enlarging areas, smudging etc… (not the default smudging tool)
If anyone knows what im talking about, can u please tell where in photoshop i could go to open this part again because i have forgotten hey.
