Hi!
A friend of mine got 10 days ago a flash template and wants me to create his website with that flash template, but I start using Flash MX last week so I’m very new with this.
I already changed the colors and the text and a stuff like that but he wants me to add a forum, to put a few videos and to add a page where he can sell videos of his tv program but I don’t have any idea how to do that in this program and with the template.
Also I have to add a few small pictures where I have the scrolling tex but I can’t do it, every time I try to do that the text moves but the pictures don’t.
Can anyone help me, or anyone knows where can I find tutorials about this???

from the sounds of it you’re not going to be able to make a forum or shopping cart set up for him in flash.
Both are highly advanced.
Just get him some open source programs (php and mysql based) and the flash site can link to them.
scrolling pics and text can best be done by setting them both into a clip, mask it for view and scroll that cilp…
