you don’t have to start multiple threads. do what wizard said in your other thread and look into easing. you’ll be using easing for the _x property. each button has an mc associated with it which has a 2nd frame that’s red with different buttons. on the rollover, you’ll ease the other buttons ._x and gotoAndStop(); the mc associated with the button you rolled over.
