i am still quite new to flash mx 2004, so i am hoping that someone out there can provide the source to the 2 effects i am trying to create.
firstly, i need a raining effect similar to this:

i think the principle behind it is similar to that of the snow tutorial but it’s quite difficult for me to understand how to apply that… :sigh:
secondly, i hope to create a image thumbnail scroll with mouseovers, which can select and display the full image similar to this:
