[SIZE=3][FONT=Times New Roman]Reporting to the Website Development Team Leader, Website Developers will work in a team of two or three developers building Websites from detailed design/construction briefs using the Web platform s toolkit in conjunction with conventional HTML editing tools such as Dreamweaver. FTP experience is helpful. Solid Website development skills are crucial as this is very much a development role rather than design. [/FONT][/SIZE]
[SIZE=3][FONT=Times New Roman]Thorough understanding of XHTML and CSS is paramount, ability to manipulate CSS and templates to produce Websites that comply with HTML standards and match the required design. Strong command of cross-browser development techniques. Use of Dreamweaver or another HTML editor. Dreamweaver is used to provide template support however detailed HTML coding skills are essential. [SIZE=3][FONT=Times New Roman]Ability to work as part of a team, under pressure and to tight timescales. Preferable knowledge of JavaScript not essential but beneficial.[/FONT][/SIZE]
