I have noticed that when I publish at around 45 frames a second in flash, it only plays around 30 fps in IE. However, the second i go up to 46, it plays at 46 in IE. Is there any way to fix this so I can get a viewable framerate of around 40 fps?
That’s weird, try updating your flash player. I heard that flash 7 beta plugin is really fast.
I did. I can try reinstalling it.
or uninstalling it and re-installing the flash 6
well it happens to me on multiple computers…might be my publish settings or ie setting or something. Whenever I view this swf I made through IE, it slows down.
I don’t know if its possible, but put in a line of code that controls the frame rate. I don’t think its possible though…
Ive heard that flash had a little bug with some framerate settings, not sure though :-\
well if you guys have a sec you can check it for me. Here is the swf for an intro a made. When i put it on the web at
geocities
it slows way down. Tell me if the 2 are at different speeds for you guys. On second thought, it is too big to post (150k). If anyone has a sec i can email it to you
It happens any time I publish a movie around tha framerate
then try a differant one like, say, 30 with any luck it will bump it self upto 40.
no luck.
