I’m having troubles with this website in IE.

The question arose when my client said that she could not “scroll” on the website. So my first reaction was that she was using IE. so I popped open my IE 6 and the site just seems to lock up. However, this could be me. Does anyone else see this problem in other versions of IE or know what the problem could be?
