IE restricing activeX content?!?

when did this start? is there any way to get around this? do you even know what i am talking about?

i have some onMouseOver stuff on my page, but IE blocks those scripts unless you tell it not to. now, i am thinking, the average person is going to assume that my scripts are harmful, and they are going to leave them blocked. the only thing, my websites COMPLETELY rely on onMouseOver stuff. so is there any way i can get around IE’s new restricting sensless crap?

I may be mistaken, but I think that this is SP2 related. The users must choose to see your content or they must go lower than the default security settings to avoid these messages.

I’ve been getting the same messages and it IS directly related to SP2, SP2 SUX, there is nothing of real benefit to me that I have been able to find, just a bunch of annoying things like that. Have you tried to download anything in SP2 same thing.

Of course there probably is SOME sort of benefit to it, but i’m juss spouting off!
