iFrame

I want to show an external .php file on my page. Normally I would use an iFrame in Dreamweaver. But I’m building this website in Flash and I can’t find anything that functions similar to an iFrame. I tried scroll panes and load boxes but they show only external .jpg and .swf files. Is there a component in Flash that will function as an iFrame or anything similar? Thanks in advance…
