I have been using www.startlogic.com for hosting for a couple years now. They have always been great, and cheap too. Recently they upgraded their servers to vDeck 3.0 and everything went south from their. ALL PHP code causes 500 errors, random downtime on the control panel, and they expect us to read pages upon pages of documentation. I have 2 clients hosted with them and I’m trying to figure out how I can transfer them to a new hosting provider without causing any problems.
Don’t use Startlogic, at least not until they have their new system stabilized.
