I purchased the $50.00 FLV videopack from Proxus this week and it has been a grand headache to something that should be a simple set-up. Is there anyone out here at Kirupa.com that is familiar with this component? Its a video player that loads via xml, videos that are selected from a scrollable list. The website says you only need to set the path in the properties box and “that’s it”. If all the files are within the same folder - it should work. It works, but only the base .flv plays while the others don’t. On some browsers the list menu dosen’t even appear! Its not a metadata issue…the flv’s were converted in Flash 8…it’s can’t be a mime issue because the first flv does play and the player appears…what is going on?
If someone has gotten the Proxus video player to work and has lived to tell about it…please respond…and help this fellow kirupian out!
