Okay so i have to design this scroll bar :tie:
whats special about this scroll bar “contents” it doesn’t flow freely
if it stops in a certain position… it either scrolls a little bit up or little bit down so to say the beginning of a paragraph…
i tried using this if _y=min
i’m just kidding i don’t really know about actionscript 3 i’m a noob but i need a line of thought so what do you think should work has anyone tried this befo
