Image Gallery w/ XML, FLASH & PHP (drop to the Folder)

Guys,
I am looking like crazy over the web to find some tutorial ,or files that will create a flash image gallery where the only thing that I will need to do would be to drop the picture in the folder and everything else will be generated by the codes.
The function of drop an image in the folder and not even have the work in do the thumbs or change the XML code. The function (I assume that is PHP) will generate the thumbs, change the XML, etc…

This is for clients that don’t have a clue how to do a thumbnail and never heard about XML in their lives. They will only have to drop the picture in the folder or MAYBE (CHALLENGE) use the Flickr, or Picasa to do it.

What you want is a lot of work. Not many people are going to be willing to do this, no offense. Also, you need to be a little patient. Some one will answer your thread over here eventually. :wink:
