Image not being served

Hello,
I have an image (a logo) on my website which refuses to show up when I type “localhost” into my browser. The HTML is something like this: <IMG ALT="" SRC=“logo.gif”>. I’m testing on Fedora Core 6 (Linux).
What should I do?
