Images not loading on windows server

Any one ever run into a problem where you can not get an image to load on a windows server? Frikken making me mad :angry:

MIME type is set. Image is not progressive. Just will not show :-/

Windows server:

UNIX server, mine:
http://2210media.com/TEST/test.html

Same swf. Same file structure, but nada, zip, zilch, nothingā€¦
