I’m searching for a better preloader, the problem that I have now is, my preloader doesnt show anything until it reaches 75%, so before it, it shows only an empty white background.
Please share me the fla? I need to fix the preloader asap, otherwise my client would get angry 
I used to had this good preloader but I lost all the codes due to the virus attack.
Also if you could teach me (or maybe send me the fla) how to make a form with PHP? that would be wonderful.
