I have read and read and I can not figure this out.
I have created a nice flash menu for the top of my site. It seems to work well (I don’t have all the pages created for the menu links). here is a link to it:

I want to include this menu at the top of each page of my site, but I cannot get it to work. I have tried php include because I am familiar with it. I have tried to include the file as a .php, .html, and .shtml. No luck.
I have gone through the tutorials and I can embed the flash in the html page, but for some reason, I can’t get the file to be included in another page. This is what I get:

I am probably missing something simple, but I would appreciate any help anyone could offer. Thanks.
