It’s stumped me for so long, and i can’t find the scripting anywhere…
How do you get a preloader to also include more than one external .swf file
Eg. you have a main body [main.swf ~ with the pre-loader for itself and for external content] and several key files like,
‘home.swf’ ‘home_bg.swf’ & say external text ‘grab_news.php’
When the intro is done, the loader is called and then pops up on the screen, so ok, how do i get loader.swf to load home.swf, home_bg.swf and grab_news.php all in one without it only loading hame and the other just load after when home.swf has so that they come up at different times… does anyone get what i mean?
A good example would be the macromedia [adobe now]… exchange site, where there is that rotating… thing… and that’s loader.swf, and its there to show that other things are loading…
