Hey guys,
I’m just starting out in Illustrator, and wondered if anyone had any advice or knew of some resources on coloring in a drawing in illustrator. I’ve taken a couple of sketches I drew and scanned them in and have been getting acquainted with layers and the pen tool over the weekend. I think it’s going well, but now I’m getting ready to start coloring and realize I have no idea where to start. Any tips? I don’t have the files of the tracing I’ve done in illustrator, but here are the two sketches I’ve been working from. Maybe I’ve bitten off more than I could chew to start with. A little hard to see, I know, but they’re pencil sketches. I’ll try and replace them with the Illustrator work soon.
