Inserting flash into QuickTime VR?

is there a way of inserting a button for example, which should does whatever in the panorama.i.e producing sound,…

if there are any , feel free to toss in any idea.
maybe something like this ,but this was does done by a mac software.

well try http://www.agilestudios.com they do like there own flash/ VR thing like quicktime VR maybe get sum idea off there
