Job Description
Designs and constructs web pages/sites including implementing the look-and-feel of the entire site, incorporating graphic user interface (GUI) features and other techniques. Maintains and provides ongoing design of the website, promotions and ad banners. Creates original graphics and icons for use on the site. Implements the web design parameters, style guides and visual standards.
Requirements
* Bachelors degree and design degree (undergraduate or post-graduate level).
* Previous interactive and web-based design experience evidential via samples of work.
* 5+ years graphic design experience.
* 2+ years Internet marketing experience.
* Knowledge and understanding of current Internet and multimedia marketing principals.
* Superior verbal, written, and communication skills. Good grammar, spelling, punctuation, and attention to detail a must.
* Strong problem solving, team building and interpersonal skills.
* Polished presentation skills and ability.
* Working knowledge of Illustrator, Photoshop, Flash, HTML (video editing, 3D modeling/animation, and Director a plus).
* Experience and ability to lead in creative development for the Web.
* Working knowledge of MS productivity suite (Word, Excel, PPT, Project, etc.).
* Driven, respectful, positive leadership initiative.
* Ability to work overtime with little advance notice.
