Interactive Learning Presentations - Possible in Flash?

Has anyone here heard of the “Articulate” software that works with Powerpoint to create interactive learning presentations? Is there anyway to do this same thing using only flash? It involves slides, users with logins, quizzes with results, requiring users to go through certain elements before going onto the next section, and a side menu to navigate. It requires an SQL database interaction for all this…

Obviously this is a huge project, but my company is using this Articulate software and it’s become a real hassle - the interface is tacky and completely uncustomizable and it freezes constantly and has to be built from the pc end (we are mac-based).

Basically, I’m wondering if this could work as a flash project that could be re-used. I am trying to come up with a basis for an arguement for switching to flash! Because…flash is better than Powerpoint… :thumb2:
