Interactive Slider

I am an erstwhile Flash user and some times developer that does projects for my employer when needed. I have a need of getting a slider to act as a a guage for a presentation. Basically, the slider will be dragged up the bar and I need to show 4 text boxes that represent different values. These values increase as the slider advances along. The values are arbitrary, but I do need to be able to assign/change them in the future. I was working with one of pom’s tutorials to see if i could get the hang of it, but I don’t have enough skill to code this properly. Any help is greatly appreciated.
