At the site http://www.24-7media.de/ there are 4 bars about 1/3 of the way down the page that oyu can click on and the yload down and then load back up when another button is clicked.
Does any one have any idea the best way to achieve something similar to this or any valid tutorials that would help me figure it out?

Yeah, I’m actually in the middle of re-building my portfolio site and wanted to try most of it in Flash. I was going to use the above navigation until I realized that it’d look too similar to 24-7 (my vibe is kinda of artsy-grungy as well). I’m trying to figure out an alternative nav and main area setup that I like but still matches my designing…not easy.
