Hi, I am hoping to do an Internship starting some time between June and September this year for about a year.
I am actually British but I would like to go abroad to the States or Canada if possible - I certainly had a good time when I was last over there.
As kirupa has many people from all over I thought this may be an interesting place to ask.
I have looked on the net so far, but a lot of time is wasted as some companies don’t even take internship students, let alone ones from England. Its also very difficult to find out where companies are and in which city.
I am not looking for anything specific, although I am doing a degree in Business/Economics.
If any of you know of companies that do take internship students in the States or Canada, or any that may take or even encourage foreign students I would be really greatful if you could let me know who they are!
I am particularly interested in going to BC Canada, but anywhere in the States or Canada would certainly get my interest.
This entire post is a total long shot, so I am not expecting any miracles.
