Intro and outro help

hey guys,
i have buttons that load external swf’s. now when the external swf is loaded, it plays a little ‘intro’ animation. the help i need is, if an external swf is already loaded into a blank MC and another button is pressed, how do to i tell the current loaded swf to play the ‘outro’ animation and then load the newly pressed button?

You’re referring to a transition effect, take a look at this thread, Soulty and I posted a few sample files that you can study and get ideas from.
