Introducing a "write a review" section

hi guys! what do you think about having a “write a review” section on kirupa for the tutorials and all, i know that the folks work hard writing them and all and prolly dont wanna read something offensive, but … just a thought, just wondering …:jailbreak … i have time on my hands …
