Has anyone seen those investment commercials where they take a image of a person and animate it to make it look like its a cartoon? I think they are global financial commercials or something. Anyways I thought there was a tut on here for photoshop where it walks you through taking a image and pixelating it to a certain degree but cant find anyone help?
