iPOD+xmas woes

dudes my sister got a new 30gig ipod for xmas and everything was travelling awesome, until i started to upload videos onto it. I got a couple of film clips on there but no sound (but looks sweet though!!). So i tried to do other ones but then i get this Error (-50). And some times comes up with a message saying these items cannot be written to the device. Any help on this eff’d up situation would be great!! peace and love!!
