That’s because there is no event set for clicking on the circle. You’ll need to set something up for that.
I’ve attached the example with a blank button in the monster movie clip. The blank button lets you use on (release) to play the movie. Have a look at what I’ve done to it. There are plenty of different ways to accomplish the same thing.
