have the user select a directorie on there hard drive and upload all the files inside the directorie and all the files inside any and all subdirectories in the main directorie?
No… at least not that I know of 
It might be possible with ActiveX and all that sorts of crap, but that would be IE/Windows only, so is never a good idea.
