I tried the tech forums, but no one was there, so Im gonna try here. I apologize if Im not allowed to, but here is my question as I posted in the other section:
"I need to know if there is any way to tell the difference between NTSC and Pal video formats because my DVD burner won’t let me burn both to one disc.
After I find this out, I would like to know if there is a way to convert one.
