I would like to create a form that when the user gets to a section they select a number and that number of input text boxes appear. What i would like to have is when the user selects the number of participants (for this example I’ll use 3), 3 SECTIONS of input boxes appear which include name, e-mail and phone number would appear. Is this possible?
