I am looking for someone to create the following rollover:

The example is in flash as a repeating swf. I want this exact effect for my website without having to rely on flash. I would prefer if it could be created through JQuery and CSS for ease of use. I need to be able to add the effect to any button I want easily.
As you can see the main attributes I want to retain completely are the subtle fade of the text from one color to another and the easing and fade of the line.
