Javascript help for form verification

Hello can someone help me out. I have had to re-do a form for a company, as the previous version was very poor. It was previously done in frontpage, and I work in Dreamweaver, I have completed the copy successfully except now I have the problem of field verification using javascript, the previous version used frontpage and now I am wondering how to work around this, I have the files for anyone who can help me :slight_smile:

ehh well i have a form validation that LOST wrote in js. it doesnt work veyr well with netscape though. if u want let me knwo and i wil post
