[COLOR=black][FONT=Verdana]While I wait to hear about the new employment opportunity, I thought I would try to keep my skills polished and make a new version(12) of my personal website.[/FONT][/COLOR]

[COLOR=black][FONT=Verdana]For those that don’t know, programming in SWiSHMax2 requires an AS2 prototyping approach, rather than AS2 classes, or AS3 packages.[/FONT][/COLOR]
[COLOR=black][FONT=Verdana]It’s not flash, but a lot of the new programming I am using in this site, I learned around these forums, so that is another reason I post this here.[/FONT][/COLOR]
[COLOR=black][FONT=Verdana]As with several of my past projects, this site features the SWFAddress. I really do like that bit of script, as it feeds right into my interest in a good flash navigation system. I’ve had a bit of practice using this script, and I think I have improved somewhat.[/FONT][/COLOR]
[COLOR=black][FONT=Verdana]Also, I am playing around with stage management to a greater extent in this version of my website. This also includes the use of a scrollbar to handle content overflow. The scrollbar should work pretty much like any other; scroll wheel activated, up and down keyboard arrows as well as the page up, page down keys which will scroll the window a bit faster than the arrow keys. I am using a new formula to size the scrollbar itself so that is a more accurate ratio to the content height.[/FONT][/COLOR]
[COLOR=black][FONT=Verdana]I still have a few little bugs to squash, so I’m not quite ready to go completely live with this, but I think I am far enough along with this to go ahead and start showing it off a bit.[/FONT][/COLOR]
