tango recruitment is currently working for a front-edge Stockholm-based company in the film production industry as they are building a brand new web department. The film production department is up and running successfully since several years, and the company is already renowned as one of the leading companies of its kind in the northern parts of Europe.
They have recently begun building the web department which will complement the rest of the company in a very interesting way, making it possible for them to deliver cutting edge solutions combining advanced web and film solutions to their clients.
To support this vision, they are now aiming to fill three key positions in order to build one of the markets leading film/web hubs. The three key positions will all be involved in growing the department in the best possible way.
The positions to be filled are:
- Technical Director
- Flash Director
- Design Director
The Technical Director position
As the Technical Director you will be working as the technical leader in the projects and as the technical expert towards clients as well as making sure the department is equipped with the best methodologies and project planning tools. You will work alongside with Project Managers, the Design Director and the Flash Director and as well as talented creatives.
We want you to have:
- a very sound knowledge of current graphic tools and web technologies both on the front-end and back-end levels. (key words: J2EE/ColdFusion MX/SQL2000/PHP/MySQL, XML, XHTML, Flash ActionScript 2-3/Flex, JavaScript, Fireworks, Photoshop, Illustrator and after effects).
- a keen eye for design
- an interest in building a brand new department with all its possibilites
- very good knowledge in English
- very strong communication skills
- very strong team working skills
- very strong customer focus
The Flash Director position
As the Flash Director you will be working as the Flash leader and thus being in charge of current and future flash work that the department produces. You will work alongside with Project Managers, the Design Director and the Technical Director and as well as talented creatives.
We want you to have:
- a very sound knowledge in ActionScript 2.0 or later
- a keen eye for design
- an interest in building a brand new department with all its possibilites
- very good knowledge in English
- very strong communication skills
- very strong team working skills
The Design Director position
As the Design Director you will be working as the design leader and thus being in charge of current and future design work that the department produces. You will work alongside with Project Managers, the Flash Director and the Technical Director and as well as talented creatives.
We want you to have:
- a very strong sence of web design and koncepts
- excellent knowledge in Photoshop and Illustrator
- experience from working with Flash
- an interest in building a brand new department with all its possibilites
- very good knowledge in English
- very strong communication skills
- very strong team working skills
