On behalf of KirupaForums and myself, I would like to thank the members of Billy Bussey’s Forum and KirupaForum for their enthusiasm and patience with getting this battle up and running.

A big thank you goes to Kirupa and Billy for facilitating this battle and being patient as we have brought this online. Another big thank you goes to Blinking8s for hosting the battle and being an awesome Co-Coordinator!

Again this battle contains some of the top designers and developers from across the world and represents a sampling of the upper eschelon from each forum. We have great friends, and resources as Kirupa and Billy continue to provide an open community where design and ideas can be expressed.

And on a personal note, thank you Kirupa Forum All-Star Team, you have really proved yourselves. Outstanding everyone!

wow! the fantasy entries are fantastic! rG’s is absolutely beautiful! …wow…

firefuze’s is very good, but not what I would consider fantasy. rG hit the nail on the head with what I picture as a fantasy piece. I seriously can’t stop looking at it…I expected it be great, but that seriously blows me away. Very nice job Gina. :thumb:

Thanks a lot Unflux and Sen - I’m highly flattered. :love: I’m genuinely glad that they picked theme ‘space’, I never would have done this painting otherwise because I’ve never really been interested in space, but this battle has kind of expanded my mind as far as intergalactic fantasy. :smiley:

Hmm… just to keep everyone posted. I guess I have a new opponent in this now. So I will be revising my logo, and actually putting effort into it. I only wish this had come about when I had been playing with it B4.

the entry caliber(sp? its late) so far is awesome…

simplistik - I appologize about everything going back to scratch, the entire situation just arose…but I would love to see some solid effort and another close battle up on there and running. I dont know much about your opponent though, other than he can take a pretty cool photo and we have the same camera
