A vehicle and a body can’t hurt, but by the looks of it, they may look too big compared to the rest of the real people and things in kVille 
Instead, you may be better off adding some more textures/details to the building.

You might want to work on the walls a little bit around the roof. The exterior walls all look like they’re paper-thin.
