i want to learn how to do mail forms and message boards with flash but i dont have any place i can test the php… know of any free webhosts i can sign up with (without getting a ton of spam or anything like that)

The only free one I’m aware of is tripod.
I didnt read the post fully, my fault. 
Tripod has tons of pop ups now. They are getting out of control now.
