Kristopher has a problem! :: Bulleted image randomly won't show up :(

I’m having a problem with the current site I’m working on, www.krisgosser.com/mock. It appears that half the time my bullet image won’t show up. Sometimes it does, some times it doesn’t. Also, when it doesn’t, if you highlight it, it will show up. It’s really confusing and I’ve never seen it before. Does anyone know a fix?
