Launch Borderless Window

hi guys I have one question for you

in Flash MX
when button is clicked I want to Launch Borderless Window within the same movie and next to the same button

. for instance if I have SWF and a buton in there so when i click it I want for it to open a nice little window next to the button with some information in there

I think i described pretty clear I hope to get some help
