i have seen the tutorial in launching a centered popup window…
it is stated there that you can change the address of the page… just simply change the address and also the “target_winName” stated in the turorial is that you can put any text… But why is it that whenever i change the address and i run the swf, when i click on the link it doesnt work and it will pop up infinite… is there something wrong with the code?? help me pls… thanks! :azn: :azn: :azn: :azn: :azn:
The problem seems to be the name of the new window. Because my flash is in a frame, I suspect it tries to refer to a non-exsting frame name, instead of opening a new window with that name. At least in Internet Explorer. Not in Firefox, that works fine.
Any other thoughts on this? And how to fix it? _blank wont work.
